Mandatory since dec 13, 2024.

GPSR is now enforced. Non-EU manufacturers without an EU Responsible Person face product bans, platform delisting & fines.

You built something exceptional. Don’t let a compliance gap keep it out of the world’s largest consumer market. Love4aviation is your EU Responsible Person under GPSR — fast, professional, and built for manufacturers who move.

  • ✓ GPSR Regulation (EU) 2023/988 compliant.
  • ✓ Onboarding in 48 hours.
  • ✓ Aviation & multi-sector manufacturers.
  • ✓ EU-based · Estonian registered.

450M+ consumers in the EU single market — the world’s largest trading bloc. GPSR compliance is the entry ticket.

01. problem.

Europe is watching. Are you ready?

Since December 13, 2024, Regulation (EU) 2023/988 is in full force. Every consumer product on the EU market — online or offline — must have a Responsible Person physically established in the EU. No exceptions. No grace period.

Risk 1 — Product bans & market removal.

EU customs authorities and market surveillance agencies can seize non-compliant products at the border or order immediate withdrawal from sale.

Risk 2 — Platform delisting (Amazon, eBay).
Major EU marketplaces are already demanding GPSR-compliant Responsible Person details. Missing data means deactivated listings and frozen revenue.

Risk 3 — Substantial financial penalties.
GPSR enforcement gives national authorities the power to impose significant fines and recall costs that can dwarf the annual fee for proper representation.

Risk 4 — Brand reputation at stake.
A Safety Gate alert or public recall damages the brand equity your team has spent years building — in all 27 EU member states simultaneously.

02. services.

One appointment. Full EU market access.

When you appoint Six Aviation as your EU Responsible Person, you are not buying a mailbox in Estonia. You are gaining a partner who takes legal accountability for your products’ compliance — so your team can focus on building, not bureaucracy.

We act as your legally designated Responsible Person under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 — the single most critical requirement for any non-EU manufacturer selling consumer products in Europe. Our EU address appears on your product labelling, and we stand as the accountable point of contact for all EU Market Surveillance Authorities.

✓ Official EU address for product labelling (Article 16 GPSR compliance).
✓ Point of contact for all EU Market Surveillance Authorities.
✓ Technical documentation custody & availability upon request.
✓ Safety Gate / RAPEX cooperation & corrective action coordination.
✓ Annual compliance review included.

02.2 technical file review.

We verify your risk assessments, test reports, and technical documentation meet GPSR standards before authorities ever ask.

✓ Risk assessment validation.
✓ Labelling compliance check.
✓ CE / product-specific requirements mapping.

02.3 aviation & light sport sector.

Born in aviation, we understand your products, your supply chains, and the specific regulatory overlay between GPSR and EASA requirements.

✓ GA / LSA / ULM product expertise.
✓ EASA regulatory context awareness.
✓ Multi-language support (EN / FR).

02.4 regulatory watch & updates.

EU product regulation doesn’t stand still. We monitor legislative changes and proactively alert you when action is required — no surprises.

✓ Regulation change monitoring.
✓ Proactive compliance alerts.
✓ Annual mandate renewal support.

03. process.

From non-compliant to market-ready in 48 hours.

Step 01 — Book a Free Strategy Call.
A 20-minute conversation. We learn about your products, your markets, and your current compliance posture. No commitment required.

Step 02 — Product Assessment.
We review your product categories, existing documentation, and labelling. We identify exactly what needs to change — and what doesn’t.

Step 03 — Mandate & Appointment.
We formalise the written mandate. Your products get our EU address. Your labels get updated. You are GPSR-compliant.

Step 04 — Ongoing Protection.
We monitor, respond to authority inquiries, and keep you ahead of regulatory changes. Year after year, without you losing sleep over it.

04. compliance.

The cost of doing nothing is not zero.

EU authorities are not waiting. Enforcement of GPSR is accelerating in 2025 and 2026. Your competitors who are already compliant are winning contracts and shelf space you cannot access yet.

Stat 1: 27 Member States, one regulation.
GPSR applies with direct legal effect across all 27 EU countries simultaneously. A single non-compliance issue can lock you out of the entire European market.

Stat 2: €450M+ EU annual enforcement budget.
The EU and member states are investing heavily in product safety enforcement. Market surveillance checks are intensifying. The question is not if — it is when.

Stat 3: 48h To become compliant with us.
That is all it takes. While your competition scrambles, you could be fully GPSR-compliant and back to growing your EU revenue — in less than two business days.

05. expertise.

Not just a name on a label. A partner with roots.

Aviation DNA — we understand manufacturing.
Six Aviation was built alongside engineers and test pilots. We do not need to be explained what a risk assessment is, what a technical file looks like, or why tolerances matter. We speak your language.

EU-registered, genuinely present.
Our entity is registered in Estonia — a full EU member state with one of Europe’s most robust digital governance frameworks. We are not a P.O. box. We are an accountable legal entity that EU authorities can reach — and that will respond.

B2B-first mindset — no hand-holding required.
Our background in export services and B2B market development means we work with your procurement, legal, and compliance teams directly. We match your pace and your expectations.

Personalised service — not a ticket queue.
You will not be client number 47,000 on a dashboard. Six Aviation keeps its roster intentionally selective, so every manufacturer we represent receives focused, expert attention.

Backed by Ubinodes — a diversified export platform.
Six Aviation operates within the Ubinodes ecosystem — a company with deep export and market-access expertise. When your needs grow beyond GPSR, the expertise is already there.

06. experience.

Born in aviation. Built for compliance.

Since 2007, Six Aviation has worked alongside light sport aircraft manufacturers, propeller makers, avionics suppliers, and GA businesses across five continents. We have navigated civil aviation authorities in Australia, France, New Zealand, the US, and Germany.

That history did not stop us — it prepared us. The same discipline that made us a trusted trading partner in one of the world’s most regulated industries now makes us the right Responsible Person for manufacturers who refuse to let compliance be the ceiling of their ambitions.

07. common questions.

What you need to know before you decide.

Under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988, every consumer product placed on the EU market must have an EU-based “responsible economic operator.” If you are a manufacturer outside the EU selling directly to EU consumers (e.g. via your webshop, Amazon EU, or distributors who do not take on importer obligations), you must appoint an EU-based Authorised Representative to act as your Responsible Person. This entity’s name and address must appear on your product labelling and packaging.

It depends. Your EU distributor can act as the Responsible Person only if they formally accept the full obligations of an “importer” under GPSR — including liability for the product’s safety, documentation custody, and authority cooperation. Most distributors do not and will not accept those obligations. If they don’t, you need an appointed Authorised Representative. We help you make that determination in your free strategy call.

GPSR applies as a “catch-all” regulation to products not fully covered by sector-specific EU harmonisation legislation. For many aviation products — especially LSA, ULM, accessories, avionics peripherals, and pilot gear — EASA regulation either does not cover all relevant risks or does not apply to your product category at all. GPSR then fills that gap. If you are unsure whether your product is covered, book a call: we will map your specific situation at no cost.

For most manufacturers, we can complete onboarding and issue the formal written mandate within 24-48 business hours of receiving your complete product information. Label update guidance is provided immediately. You can update your platform listings and documentation within days, not weeks.

Aviation is our heritage, but GPSR applies to almost all non-food consumer products. We work with manufacturers across outdoor equipment, sporting goods, industrial accessories, electronics peripherals, and mechanical components. If your product ends up in the hands of a European consumer and it is not food, pharmaceuticals, or a medical device, GPSR almost certainly applies — and we can help.

A random EU address attached to your label is a regulatory hand grenade. GPSR is explicit: the Responsible Person must have genuine expertise, must actually hold your technical documentation, and must be capable of cooperating with authorities — not just receiving mail. Choosing a reputable, accountable Authorised Representative protects your brand if authorities ever come knocking. We have the background, the structure, and the accountability to do this properly.

09. About us.

09.1 Incorporation.

In 2007, we started as an aviation importing company in New Zealand called « France Aviation », because it was importing from French Aviation Manufacturers into the Pacific market.

Very soon the name was changed and eventually became Six Aviation, because more suppliers were added to the catalogue, many of whom were not from France.

09.2 Team.

Among its team, Six Aviation had more than a Century of aviation knowledge in many fields including Military aviation, Private Aviation, sports aviation and ultra-light, sailplanes and skydiving. Six Aviation used to operate locally in Australia, France and New Zealand and in a few different languages, and deals on a daily basis with different civil aviation authorities and there specific regulations. Therefore, the Modus Operandi of the company is: cooperation.

09.3 Personality.

The personality of the company reflects the one of pilots and engineers: insatiably curious, remaining responsive to change, have the courage to change course when needed, remain constructively discontent, being accountable for our actions and inactions, reward our people for taking risks and finding better ways to solve problems, learning from outcomes — what worked and what didn’t. With a deep-rooted love for aviation, we were able to create a brand based on exceptional service. Six Aviation birthed Ubinodes.

09.4 experience.

In our years as Six Aviation, we were able to expand the business to all corners of the world, working with companies in the US, UK, Germany, and France. In the process we discovered that our passion exceeded the aviation industry. We have partnered with a lot of manufacturers and businesses, here is a sample, in alphabetical order:

09.5 Testimonials.

Louis GENDEBIEN

The flight experience is impressive, would it be at low speed where the aircraft retains its stability or high cruise, with or without autopilot. Comfort, controls’ sensitivity, responsiveness, everything contributes to a pleasant and safe flight. A very nice aeroplane.

Boyd MAY

It has been a delight to deal with such a professional company. Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend you and your company to anyone.

JC COPSIDIS

A very professional organisation, unobtrusive, including during follow-ups. Bravo!, many competitors should be inspired. Hard to tell good things on 3 lines only…

Gilles BARONROUGE

Top notch fosterling for the demo flight at Blois Airshow. Outstanding aircraft, fast and responsive.

Dr Eric TOUREH

I’ve been impressed by the aircraft’s stability and short field landing capability at high angle of approach; a good point seems to be the strength of the landing gear, rather not common on these kind of aeroplanes.

Michael ERICKSON

We have an EAA chapter meeting next week to celebrate the completion of the build, we shall raise a toast to you for the quality of your service.

Tony UNWIN

The support you have given us has been outstanding and your spares holding has enabled overnight replacement and minimised aircraft ground time. Well done guys, thank you.

peter whyte
